The Georgia Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) requires that Bond Financed Projects must satisfy all applicable requirements in Appendix I, Threshold Criteria, and all other applicable requirements. Rehab projects must complete an Energy Audit prior to application submission, documenting that the renovation scope of work will result in a minimum energy reduction of 20%, and reduce duct and envelope leakage.
