The Bon Air apartments are located in a historic hotel in Augusta, Georgia.  Originally built in 1889, it was destroyed in a fire and replaced with the current Spanish Revivial building in 1924. Having served as affordable senior housing since 1960, this building will be rehabilitated using Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits to remain as affordable housing for the next 15 years. It will also be certified under the National Green Building Standard to meet the 2019 Georgia QAP to qualify for tax credits.
