• Amani Place
Atlanta, GA

The transformation of the Edgewood Court Apartments into Amani Place preserved 204 units of affordable housing in in-town Atlanta and created an additional 18 affordable apartments alongside a new community center, state of the art fitness center, business center, resident gardens and more. The overall design focuses on promoting healthy living and will operate as a good steward of the environment and its residents.  The project was the first affordable housing project in the Southeastern US to take advantage of Fannie Mae's Healthy Housing Rewards program, providing discounted financing for Fitwel certification.
