Our Team Members
Joe Baumann, Multifamily Project Manager: Joe holds a BA from University of Georgia and a JD from Georgia State University College of Law. Before joining SK Collaborative, he worked in the Atlanta Mayors office of Sustainability, as a Legal Fellow for the Atlanta Beltline, a Research Assistant at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, and as a Policy Intern at Southface. He manages multifamily certification work including projects certified under EarthCraft Multifamily and Communities, National Green Building Standard (NGBS), Enterprise Green Communities, and LEED for Neighborhood Development. He is a RESNET certified HERS rater, a LEED Green Associate an EarthCraft Technical Advisor, and an NGBS Green Verifier.
Samantha (Sam) Morton, Single Family Project Manager: Sam joins SK Collaborative after working as an Environmental Scientist performing site assessments of commercial properties and as a Commercial Sustainability Services Fellow at Southface. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Environmental Sciences degree. Sam manages all inspection and certification services for our single family projects and assists with light commercial certification, working with EarthCraft, National Green Building Standard (NGBS), and LEED for Homes. She is a RESNET certified HERS rater, a LEED Green Associate, an EarthCraft Technical Advisor, and an NGBS Green Verifier.
William Castrillon, Green Building Consultant. Will holds a BS in Environmental Engineering from University of Georgia. Prior to joining SK Collaborative he worked on engineering projects for biomass power plants, greenway trails, and other sustainable design projects. He works on both multifamily and single family certification and inspections. He is an Engineer in Training (EIT), a RESNET certified HERS rater, an EarthCraft Technical Advisor, and an NGBS Green Verifier.
