Phoenix House apartments is a 69 unit project consisting of one rehabilitated building and two new buildings. Operated by 3 Keys, it provides affordable long-term housing for adults who are homeless and have highly service dependent mental illness. This facility fills a critical gap between institutions and group homes, by providing independent living within a highly supportive environment.  This project benefitted from Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and Georgia Power energy efficiency rebates.
