SK Collaborative provides Georgia code required duct and air leakage test for builders and remodelers. The state energy code requires all new homes be tested for total air leakage and most new duct systems in both new and existing homes must be tested for leakage.
We can provide you with testing services on all your projects including providing you with the certificates required to pass your final inspections. We offer preliminary walk-throughs of your projects to confirm that air sealing and duct installation details are complete and will pass the tests at completion. Duct testing at the rough in stage is an excellent way to confirm that your house will perform as expected and gives you an opportunity to have your HVAC contractor make any necessary corrections before the work is covered with drywall.
