SK Collaborative Principal Carl Seville's new home received the 2017 Design award from the City of Decatur Historic Preservation Commision for New Residential Construction and Sustainable Design and Energy Efficiency.  These awards, recognizing outstanding projects in Decatur, are presented annually in May to honor National Preservation Month.  This new home was built in the MAK historic district, designed to fit in with the historic nature of the surrounding properties.  In order to meet the Decatur High Performance Building Ordinance requirements, the house was EarthCraft certified.

Abe Kruger's EarthCraft Renovation project received the EarthCraft Design Merit Award at the 2016 EarthCraft Celebration of Excellence. 

Carl Seville's EarthCraft Renovation project received the EarthCraft Renovation Project of the Year at the 2014 EarthCraft Celebration of Excellence.
